Project Summary

Future Stars Academy (FSA) empowers children and youth in Tanzania through the game of football. Based in Arusha and Moshi, FSA combines sport with life skills like teamwork, leadership, and resilience. Our project focused on creating a business plan for FSA’s sustainable growth. The vision is to acquire land with a football field and on-site accommodation for volunteers. Income will be generated through a hostel, bar area, field rentals, and summer camps. Safari tours added to volunteer packages offer another stream of support. This model ensures FSA can grow while continuing to impact the lives of Tanzanian youth.
